We have adopted 2 wonderful boys Nikolai (Sept '97) and Mikhail (Oct '99) through Happy Families International Center, Inc. To say that the process went smoothly would be a huge understatement! We were very impressed by the knowledge, professionalism, but most of all by the genuine concern that was shown. Not only was the staff in New York very supportive, but the "hand-picked" group in Russia - from the drivers and translators, to the host families and coordinators - didn't miss a beat.

With all of the emotion and uncertainty that is part of the experience, we put our trust in Happy Families from the start and we were never disappointed. We have spoken with many families during and after the adoption process with other agencies and heard of many levels of difficulties and foul-ups.
